Waist training in progress !

So far I have had my waist trainer three weeks, being honest with you mine is a little small for me so Iv not worn it as much as you should do. Iv worn it once a week at the gym and one full day on my day off work. Totaling 2 days a week or about 18 hrs. The waist trainer says to try and wear it 6 hours a day with one or two rest days a minimum of 30 hrs a week and this could easily be done if it's comfortable for you. However for me having got one a little smaller than expected it could be a little un comfy. Saying this though so far I have seen some noticeable results even if Iv only been wearing it two days a week.

Firstly when wearing it a full day you don't feel as though you want to eat so much as it's pushing your stomach in. Although it doesn't claim this I feel as though it makes you feel fuller as your stomach feels a lot tighter as if full quicker. This could be as more pressure is put on the stomach as it expans. Secondly when excerising I really feel it's helping me sweat and tighten the muscles around my waist I turn helping towards the smaller waist.

So far I've lost half a inch from my waist in three weeks this is great and if using this tool properly I'm sure you could achieve more. I'm hoping in another three weeks time it will become comfy to wear so I can wear it maybe three days. But for now I'm very happy with the product and would recommend just don't be temped to go for a smaller size go for a comfortable fit.

Thanks for reading, I will keep you updated, blessings !

Cover up those nasty spots !

So prevention is the best cure ladies for any of you who haven't read my skin care routien and how to keep the skin flawless please check out my blog post on quinaderm. The best easiest way to get rid of those nasty lumps and bumps. However no matter what you do some times spots happen. It could be diet related, stress related, hormoanal changes , oily skin, the use of new products the lost is endless from time to time we all get those nasty spots.

Here is my full face routien on how to cover up the nasty things and make it seem as though your skin is pretty much flawless !

So this is the after result of my step by step routien and here is the beginning spots that I'm trying to conceal below. As you can see I can a lovley little cluster of spots and even a white head on my chin and jawline typically because my spots are causes by hormoanal changes time on the months and stress related causes.

So here is my run though of products and how I apply them.

To start I use benefits Porefessional on my larger pores mainly around my nose tapping into the skin in a patting motion. A cheaper option is baby skin by maybeline however for me Porefessional is worth every penny !

I then actually mix my 24 he by rimmel in with georgio armini lasting silk and apply al over my face. Doing so with clean fingers or damp beauty blender. I tend to no use brushes for foundation as they can harbour a lot of bacteria.

I then take one of my favourite concealers from maybeline and apply to any visible spots letting it set for about 2-3 minuet before patting it in to blend. It's important to let the product dry on the skin in the areas it's needed more.

I then will set with some powder the banna powder being a popular choice but any powder will do.

I then go in with the lightest shade from collection 2000 lasting perfection concealer range. Just under the eyes and bridge of nose for a hilight effect. I will then powder under the eyes again to set them.

Finally I set the whole look with model in a bottle to keep it looking fresh and in place all day long highly recommend this product.

Thank you for your time and I hoped this helped some body !

Lip pumps my experience.

August last year I was sent one of these bad boys as I'm sure my lovley readers may have seen my articles going into great detail about the pump. However after months of using it I feel I can give a true honest opinion and answer some of those questions I have received. Big lips are a big thing at the moment! For most of us naturally we aren't going to be able to achieve these plump Spanish looking lips with out fillers. But this is the lates trick we can try. The latest innovation being lip pumps .. Yes you read correctly lips pumps!

Yes lip pumps are the world's first home use cosmetic lip enhancement beauty tool, clinically proven to increase lip volume and safe for intended use. With this suction tool, you can now enhance the appearance of both the upper and lower lip together or separately. The System is small, attractive, and portable. It can be used anytime and anywhere. Your lip enhancement session takes just a few minutes and the look lasts for up to two hours! And here is my exsperiance and questions answered!

Does it hurt ?
 No it is completely painless.

Does it last well ?
I feel as though it lasts very well for a hour. I still feel my lips were bigger for up to three hours, but nothing more this is a temporary solution. Perfect for special occasions first date a meal out etc. However it would need repeating after 3 hours.

Is it easy to use ?
Very easy and simple to use takes 2 or 3 minuets depending on how large you want to go then some lipstick and your good to go.

Does more pumping increase the size ?
Yes but be careful not to over pump or you could get a bruise no more than 3 minuets or I do 30 pumps and stop.

Is there a better technique?
Yes make sure you skin is full on the suction cup and do slower pumps for more suction (no innuendos intended)

Would you buy and recommend this product ?
A big fat yes!

How often do you use it ?
Honestly I don't use it very much as my lips are fairly full but maybe one every other week for a date night. It always makes me feel good when I've done it.

Purple and pink makeup

When we think of purple eye shade a lot of us think of our early days. Maybe when we were 10 11 years old trying on makeup for the first time. Back then blue and purple eye shadow was my life. 🙊🙊 well today I decided to yet again create a look involving purple eyeshadow. This time however I've made it a more grown up look. Adding contouring browns and shimmering hilights.

Purple for those with green or hazel eyes is actually a really good colour to use as it's almost opposite green in the colour wheel meaning it will enhance and bring out greenish yellow pigment making the yes look more vivid.

For this look I also kept the whole feel very girlie with pink rose lips, a purple gilded top and pinky purple earings. Here is a run down of the steps and products I did for this look:

Face
First I started of with benefit primer perfection.
Then I applied foundation a mix of Estée Lauder double wear and maybellines 24hr.
I then concealed with collection 2000 concealer in light under the eyes and on any blemishes.
For contour I used my trusty sleek contour kit.
Blush I used natural rose from the natural collection at only 1.99 it's a bargain!
I hi lighted with benefits moon beam on my nose cheek bone chin and forehead.

Eyes

For eye shadows I used the naked pallets sin all over my lid.
I used virgin on the top of my brow bone for a hilight.
I then took a light lilac colour from a collection 2000 pallet and plied just in the outer section on my lid.
I then took buck from the naked pallet and contoured my eye crease lightly.
I also took this colour underneath dr my eyes.
I then added husle from the naked pallet to the under eye and crease.

The husle added a more dramatic night look to the basic makeup Nd is optional depending on what look you are hoping to achieve, be it day or night time.

Lashes and lips

For lashes I used a half pair of Demi whispie strip lashes which I cut in half just to add drama to the end of my lashes. I uses max factor false lash effect mascara.

For lips I used Estée Lauder double wear lip liner in Twany.
For lipstick I used max factors lip infinity lipstick in the palest pink shade they do and then a mid pink for the outer corners to give a slight ombré feel to the look.

Thank you for reading and hve a beautiful and blessed day !

Much love xx

Emerald and gold

Inspired by my new emerald and gold earings I've created a diffrent twist on a classic smokey eye. Using diffrent colours than the genral natural shades. Using the colours of key pieces of jewellery is a fun way to match makeup to outfit. When doing this I usually wear white or black and keep the  colour only on my lids and key jewellery piece.

Here I used colour tattoo in gold from maybeline as a gold base.
I then applied a deep emerald green colour from Barry m dazzel pots.
I applied this only in my eye crease and outer corner.

I used bobby browns gel liner in black.
I then finished the eyes with ardells Demi whispie lashes.
For lips I kept them natural using macs spice lip line.
And Creme le nude from maybellines 24hr collection.

Hair was curled with a babyliss wand and the top half tied.
Hope you enjoyed this quick makeup upload and thank you for the lovley comments and messages I receive each day. Find me on Instagram @susiex92
